simplistic maplacking atmosphere
I found a couple of aspects less than ideal . The layout map seemed too simplistic. Directional signage inside the hotel was almost nonexistent, so it took a while to get around. This felt disorienting. the bar close to reception was dim. It lacked a cute atmosphere and offered no natural light.

the pool was very clean. the spa was amazing! i went beginning of january and stayed for 2 nights. i used the spa which was a great experience and the girls working there were eager to help.
the bathroom fan do not work. the safe also did not work, and some sockets in the room were not working. i ordered coffee at breakfast several times and then went to the buffet to get our breakfast, i eaten long before any coffee arrived at the table.

the helpful staff stood out . the rooms were kept very clean and tidy. the hotel's location was fantastic and made it easy to get around.
breakfast got overcrowded after 9 am and i had to queue. it took a while for coffee orders to arrive at the table. the pool was seriously overcrowded.

the hotel staff was really polite. breakfast had a good selection of food. the bed was comfortable. the location was amazing. i liked that my room was always serviced. the staff did an additional bathroom tidy. the service at the restaurant from haris was excellent.

I enjoyed the pools. they were of a good size. there were ample sun beds available. the location proved great. The harbor with many bars and restaurants was a minute away.
during my stay, the half-board option lacked water. a liter of water cost six euros. this resulted in a seventy euro bill just for water at the end of the trip.

The staff were lovely. They greeted us with smiles each day. The hotel location was indeed perfect for exploring. I found a quiet corner near the pool, so I could read. I secured my sunbed early each morning near the main pool, it was so warm. The sun always seemed to shine brighter there, we loved it! The pools offered a refreshing escape. Their cool waters beckoned on warm afternoons.
I noticed the gym equipment looked slightly dated.
